What this policy covers

This policy explains how Craftsgro Private Limited handles information in the course of providing CRAFTSGRO, our ad spend and creative platform. It applies to the data you give us directly, the ad account data we access on your instruction, and the information collected as you use the service.

Information you provide

When you sign up or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, the channels you run, your rough monthly spend band, and anything you write in a message. We use this to create your account, send login credentials, respond to enquiries, and scope the right plan.

Ad account and campaign data we access

With your authorisation, CRAFTSGRO connects to your advertising accounts to read performance, spend, and campaign structure, and - where you grant write access - to reallocate budget and publish approved creative. We access only the scopes you approve, and only to operate the features you use.

This data is processed to optimize spend, generate and evaluate creative, and calculate true ROAS. It is not sold, and it is not used to build advertising profiles of your customers.

How we use information

We use the data to run the service: to move budget within your guardrails, to draft creative from your brand assets and past performance, to compute honest return figures, and to support and improve the product. We also use it to communicate with you about your account and enquiries.

How information is protected

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Platform access is held as scoped tokens rather than raw credentials, and those tokens carry only the permissions you granted. Access to your data within our systems is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

Sharing and processors

We share data with the advertising platforms you connect, since operating your campaigns requires it, and with service providers that help us run CRAFTSGRO, such as our email delivery provider used to send account communications. These providers are bound to handle data only as needed to perform their function.

Retention and revocation

You can revoke CRAFTSGRO's access to any connected ad account at any time, from the platform's own settings or from within the product. Revoking write access stops automated changes immediately. We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service.

Your choices
